A Camo Studio alternative for when you’d rather not be on camera at all.
macOS only. $129 once.
Camo Studio is a beautifully built tool for looking your best on a webcam — iPhone-as-camera, filters, framing, color correction. MeetingDouble solves the opposite problem: a 60-second loop of you ‘paying attention’ that plays in Zoom while you’re refilling coffee. Different jobs.

Camo Studio is great at one thing. MeetingDouble is built for another.
Camo Studio: look your best on camera.
Camo turns your iPhone into a high-quality webcam and adds the kind of look-good controls a pro stream deserves — exposure, framing, filters, presets per call. If your goal is to be visibly on camera and look good, Camo is excellent.
MeetingDouble: don’t be on camera at all.
MeetingDouble doesn’t care how you look — it records a short loop of you once, and plays it back as a virtual camera so you can step away. Same Zoom dropdown, very different goal.

Camo Studio alternative FAQ.
Is MeetingDouble trying to compete with Camo Studio?
No. Camo is purpose-built for being on camera and looking good. MeetingDouble is purpose-built for the opposite — playing a recorded loop so you can step away. The two could even live side by side on the same Mac: Camo for client demos, MeetingDouble for the meetings you wish you weren’t in.
Can MeetingDouble apply filters or framing to the loop?
No filters or framing. The loop is whatever you recorded with your Mac’s camera. If polished framing matters, you can record the loop in Camo first and then point MeetingDouble at the resulting clip.
Why a one-time price instead of a subscription?
MeetingDouble has no cloud component. There’s nothing to charge a recurring fee for — frames stay on your Mac, the only network call is license activation. A one-time $129 reflects that the cost of running the software isn’t recurring.
Does MeetingDouble support iPhone-as-webcam through Continuity Camera?
Indirectly — you can record your loop in Continuity Camera, and MeetingDouble will play that loop into Zoom. But the live ‘look-good’ pipeline that Camo provides is not what MeetingDouble does.
Will Zoom or Teams notice MeetingDouble is a virtual camera?
Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams treat MeetingDouble the same way they treat any CMIO device — including Camo. It appears as a normal camera in the dropdown.
