Terms for using MeetingDouble.

This page is the license agreement between you (“licensee”) and ogtay (“we”, “us”) for MeetingDouble (“the software”). By buying or installing MeetingDouble you accept these terms.

What you get

• A non-exclusive license to install and run MeetingDouble on up to two (2) Macs that you own.
• Lifetime updates for the major version line you purchased, delivered via Sparkle auto-update.
• Permission to use the software for any purpose — commercial, personal, or otherwise — that does not violate the restrictions below.

Single buyer, two seats

One license, one buyer. The two-Mac cap is enforced by the activation server based on the IOPlatformUUID of each Mac. To move the license to a different machine, deactivate an old seat from your dashboard or email us. We don’t enforce “same household” or “same business” — but a license is for one human, not a team.

Refunds

14 days, no questions. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and we’ll process the refund within one business day. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

What you can’t do

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute the software or your license key.
• Reverse-engineer the system extension or activation endpoint to bypass the device cap.
• Use MeetingDouble to harass, deceive in a legally actionable way, or violate the camera/audio policy of a meeting host or platform you’re bound to.
• Use MeetingDouble in regulated contexts where camera-presence is a legal requirement (sworn testimony, regulated trading, certain online examinations).

No warranty

The software is provided as-is. We make no warranty that MeetingDouble will be free of bugs, compatible with future macOS versions, or undetectable by future versions of Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. If a future macOS release breaks the CMIOExtension API stack and we can’t reasonably fix it, you’re entitled to a pro-rated refund.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of MeetingDouble is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or career-related damages (e.g., a colleague spotting your loop).

Termination

Your license terminates if you violate the “What you can’t do” section above. Termination revokes both device seats. Past purchases are not refunded on termination unless within the 14-day window.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. Material changes (anything that reduces your rights) will be announced in the changelog at least 30 days before they take effect, and will not apply retroactively to existing licenses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Azerbaijan. Disputes go to arbitration in Baku unless otherwise required by your local consumer-protection law.
